Washington Real Estate Fundamentals is a 60-hour course that must be successfully completed before a person can sit for the Washington real estate salesperson's license examination. Fundamentals is a comprehensive course that is directed at someone with little or no experience in real estate. About 90% of our students pass the license exam on their first attempt. Rockwell's newest method of delivering Fundamentals training is in an online format. Because this course is not on a CD or on a disk, a person must have Internet access from the computer or computers they would like to use for training. Students can log on through our website from any location at any time of day and pick up where they left off. The advantage to this kind of training is that you can control the schedule and pace at which you will take the course. This course is ideal for students who live outside the Seattle metro area, work full-time, or have demanding lifestyles. Animation, sound, full color photos, sharp graphics, and an interactive teaching/learning style are what make this course unique. With most computer-based courses, all you'll get is a texbook in plain type on your screen. Our goal was to involve and engage our students, and this course accomplishes that. Experience the new benchmark for distance-based learning with Fundamentals online. |
| Please note: If you would prefer to take Fundamentals in a live lecture setting, Rockwell also offers both day and night Fundamentals classes at our Bellevue campus. |
