Oregon Continuing Education
All Oregon real estate licensees must complete at least 30 hours of continuing education classes during the two years preceding their license renewal. Rockwell offers high-quality online courses that help you meet those requirements in a convenient manner and in a way that fits into your busy schedule.
Continuing Education Requirements
Oregon real estate law requires licensees to take 30 hours of “real estate-oriented” continuing education classes. Fifteen of those hours must be in certain required topics, such as Agency, Fair Housing, Evaluation of Property, or Property Management. Rockwell offers several courses that count towards the required topics, as well as a variety of elective continuing education courses to fulfill the remaining 15 hours of “real estate-oriented” courses. (Note: as recommended by the Oregon Real Estate Agency, consult your broker before signing up for any continuing education class.)
