Rockwell's Real Estate Principles satisfies the educational requirements you must complete before you can take the California real estate salesperson's examination. (DRE course approval number: 1570-95.)
Rockwell's Real Estate Principles course is NOT like the other home study options available in California.
It's NOT endless videotapes of a live instructor lecturing hour after hour.
It's NOT a correspondence course that consists of nothing more than a textbook and a final exam.
It's NOT computer-based training that's simply black text on a white screen.
With Rockwell, your online learning experience will include:
well-written, intelligent content;
hundreds of challenging exercises and quizzes;
thousands of sample exam questions;
talking tour guides that walk you through the course; and
full-color photographs, animation, and graphics that bring difficult concepts to life.

Salesperson's Cram Course
Many students finish their Real Estate Principles course overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information. That's where our Cram Course comes in. It's designed to help you focus on the essential information that's most likely to be tested on the exam.
Practice exams. Our Cram Course gives you four 150-question practice exams. In terms of both content and difficulty, our practice exams are very close to what you'll see on the state exam. You can take each practice exam multiple times, and you get a detailed breakdown of which questions you missed and which topic areas you need to focus on. You can email our staff of writers directly from the practice exams if there's a question or concept that doesn't make sense to you.
Textbook review. The Cram Course will also lead you page by page through our Principles of California Real Estate textbook. The most important parts of the book are highlighted and questions typical of those found on the license exam are strategically placed throughout the material. You'll see which topics are most likely to be tested and also how they're likely to be tested.
18-Month Conditional License Courses
The initial license issued to a new agent is a conditional license. Within 18 months after the license is issued, you're required to complete two additional real estate courses, or your license will be suspended. One of the two additional courses must be Real Estate Practice; the other is an elective. Rockwell offers an online Real Estate Practice course, and our online Real Estate Appraisal course fulfills the elective requirement. (DRE course approval numbers: 2033-04 and 2074-04.) For more information visit the 18-month conditional license requirement.
