Washington Real Estate Fundamentals
Washington Real Estate Fundamentals is a 60-hour course that everyone must successfully complete before they can take the Washington real estate salesperson's license examination. Rockwell's Fundamentals course not only fulfills the state prelicense education requirements, it will prepare you for the exam and provide you with a solid foundation for your real estate career. Nearly 90% of our students pass the license exam on their first attempt.
Rockwell offers real estate classes in a live-lecture format at our Bellevue office or in an online format, so that you can complete the training from the comfort of your own home.
Live-Lecture Classes
The live-lecture Washington Fundamentals course has been a staple at the Rockwell Institute since 1974. Rockwell has an outstanding team of instructors who know how to present complex material in a way that's easy to understand. Throughout the course, students are quizzed with sample state exam questions to get them prepared to take the actual exam. Instructors welcome questions during the class, and additional help is available from our staff of real estate experts.
You can take a two-week daytime course and complete the 60-hour requirement in just ten days. The course is held once a month; please see the live-lecture schedule for dates.
You can also attend evening classes as often as you want and complete the course at your own pace. These live-lecture classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. There are 20 classes you must attend to qualify for the state exam, but the classes do not build on one another, so you don't have to take them in any particular order. You can start at any time and attend up to three classes per week.
Online Real Estate Course
