Prelicense Package - $489
The Prelicense Package combines the Cram course (our premiere exam prep course) with the Fundamentals and Practices courses you need to fulfill the license requirements that take effect on July 1, 2010. With this money-saving tuition option, you get all of the following:

Washington Real Estate Fundamentals - $335

Washington Real Estate Practices - $169
