Rockwell's Passing Guarantee
If you pass all of the practice exams in our Salesperson's or Broker's Cram Course with a  score of 80% or higher, but fail the state license exam the first time you take it, we'll refund you $100. In order to qualify for the $100 refund:
- your computer student log must show that you passed each practice exam with a score of 80% or higher;
- you must take the state exam within 120 days of the date you logged into your Cram course; and
- you must provide the school with a copy of the license exam failure notice from the State within two weeks after receiving the notice.
The Rockwell Institute will refund your $100 within 30 days of receiving your request and the copy of the failure notice.
