Before reaching the 18-month mark, the DRE requires new agents to complete two courses by an approved real estate school. The first course, "Real Estate Practice," is mandatory. The second course is an elective—we recommend our "Real Estate Appraisal" or "Real Estate Finance" course. Below you will find descriptions, pricing, and demonstrations of the courses we offer in association with Rockwell Institute. You'll also find license renewal information. If at any time you have questions, call (800) 954-5150.
