This course covers information to aid real estate licensees in better understanding how to meet the needs of each generation group. Lesson 1 identifies the label for each generation group based on birth year and general attributes associated with each group. Lessons 2, 3, 4 and 5 cover generational-specific buying and selling trends and how to better service the individualized needs of group members. This course is intended to enhance the knowledge and effectiveness of real estate licensees and is approved for 3 hours of continuing education.
