Online Courses

Starting from the date of purchase, students have 30 days to request a refund.

Livestream and Classroom Courses

Students may request a refund within 24 hours from the first class of a Livestream or Classroom course to receive a refund.
Students can swap to a self-paced online course if they no longer qualify for a refund.
Livestream and Classroom students who do not attend their scheduled class will not qualify for a refund.

All Modalities

If a course is completed, it does not qualify for a refund.
If the student purchased a membership or package and completed at least one for-credit course, a refund is no longer available for the entire membership or package.
Physical textbooks, manuals, and shipping are non-refundable.
Any refunds for packages that included physical textbooks will be refunded less a $50 refund fee.

I took the real estate course from another provider and failed the test twice. Perhaps it was due to all of the misspelled words or the poor sentence structure or maybe the large black watermark on every page that obscured much of the information. Then I took the Rockwell course and passed the test the first time. Your course was superior in every way. Very much like a college course, it was well laid out and organized, and not a single misspelled word that I detected.
