Standard Renewal – Livestream Courses

By popular demand, Rockwell Institute launched livestream renewal courses in February, 2026 – making us the first and only Real Estate school in the state of Washington to offer standard renewal courses in a live classroom setting. Taking renewal courses via livestream allows you to take your courses anywhere on any device, with an experienced instructor and fellow brokers. And, unlike the online/self-study format, taking your courses via livestream does not include (or require) any chapter quizzes.

Our livestream standard renewal courses are offered every month, with class times varying. Our daytime courses allow you to complete your standard renewal in just 5 days – the evening course takes 2 weeks.  Please see the livestream schedule below for upcoming dates.
