It depends on the package. Most pre-license packages include CompuCram exam prep. If you have already completed your coursework elsewhere and only need exam prep, Rockwell offers a standalone Exam Prep Suite.
A broker’s license is the entry-level license required to practice real estate in Washington. A managing broker’s license allows you to supervise other agents or open your own brokerage. Your first renewal is different from standard renewals. It requires 90 hours of continuing education, including specific mandatory courses set by the DOL. Standard renewals only require 30 hours. See first renewal courses →
