Washington Real Estate Fundamentals is a 60-hour course that must be successfully completed before you can sit for the Washington real estate license examination. (You must also complete the 30-hour Real Estate Practices course.) Fundamentals is a comprehensive course that is directed at someone with little or no experience in real estate. About 90% of our students pass the license exam on their first attempt.

Rockwell has an outstanding team of instructors who know how to present complex material in a way that's easy to understand. Throughout the Fundamentals course, students are quizzed with sample state exam questions to get them prepared to take the actual exam. Instructors welcome questions during the class, and additional help is available from our staff of real estate experts.
